PHASE 2 | PLEDGE CAMPAIGN
We invite you to complete this pledge form.
In doing so, you commit to contributing this amount toward the construction of Phase 2 of our Building Expansion (at Northridge Community Church of The Salvation Army) by December 31, 2026.
This pledge supersedes any previous pledges I have made and may be canceled or adjusted with a subsequent pledge if necessary. If the funding target is not reached by December 31, 2025, this pledge will be considered null and void.
