According to the scriptures, Christian community is meant to be formative— we are meant to be encouraging and challenging each other to live lives that better inhabit the character of Jesus.

Unfortunately, this is easier said than done. Living life in community is challenging and can often leads to conflict. Our instinct is to see this as a problem, what what if it wasn’t? What if we approached conflict, not as a threat or problem to be solved, but as an opportunity for personal, corporate and spiritual growth?
